Who we are

Keeperfall and this website are made by FKT Yazılım (“we”), Türkiye. For anything about your data, write to info@fktyazilim.com.

In short

  • This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, ads or tracking.
  • The game sends nothing to us. It has no analytics and no servers of ours.
  • We never sell or rent personal data.

This website

The site is a set of static pages. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web server, it handles technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser, in order to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare processes this as our service provider under its own privacy policy.

If a video is shown on the site, it comes from YouTube and is loaded only when you press play. YouTube's privacy policy applies from that moment.

When you write to us

If you email us, we use your address and your message only to answer you and keep the conversation as long as it is needed for that. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

The game

  • Saves are stored on your computer. With Steam Cloud on, Steam keeps a copy in your Steam account.
  • Steam tells the game your Steam name and account number. The game uses them for rooms, achievements and checking which items you own. Valve's privacy policy covers what Steam itself does.
  • Rooms. When you play together, the other players in the room see your Steam name or player name, your Keeper and your chat messages. Rooms on a local network announce the room name and the host's name on that network.
  • Purchases are handled by Steam. We never see your payment details.
  • Log files the game writes stay on your computer. They reach us only if you choose to send them, for example to report a bug.

Your rights

Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to info@fktyazilim.com; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Keeperfall is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date.
