These terms cover this website and Keeperfall, made by FKT Yazılım, Türkiye. By using the site or the game you accept them. Questions: info@fktyazilim.com.
The game and Steam
Keeperfall is sold and delivered through Steam. Buying and playing it is also governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement, and refunds follow Steam's refund policy.
Optional paid items, if offered, are sold through Steam as well. Everything you buy stays yours when the price changes.
A game that is still growing
Keeperfall is in development. Features, content and prices described on this site can change before and after release. We try to describe the game truthfully and update this site when things change.
Playing with others
Be decent to other players. Do not cheat, harass, or use the game to break the law. The host of a room decides who can join it.
Our content
The game, its name, art, music, text and this website belong to FKT Yazılım. You may share screenshots and videos of the game, including in monetised videos and streams. You may not sell our art or use it to suggest that we endorse you.
The fonts on this site, Alegreya and Alegreya Sans, are used under the SIL Open Font License.
No warranty
The website and the game are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost saves or data, or interruptions. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

This site links to other sites such as Steam and YouTube. Their own terms apply there.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protection in your country.
